The Renters Rights Bill should be seen a positive step forward for the lettings industry, as well as for landlords and tenants. It will offer security, clearer regulations, and a better framework for all parties to operate within. New Section 8 grounds for landlords should help to gain back possession more quickly especially for rent arrears and anti-social behaviour! It will also offer tenants a more secure future and a better standard of house stock.
